Spring Clean Summer Fresh

Spring and early summer is the best time of the year to clean your system.

Most of us like to do a spring-clean in the house, but what about in your organs? When was the last time you made sure the old, unwanted gets thrown out?
Here is a simple way to cleanse your liver. Remember, the liver is directly linked to your eyesight. So cleansing your liver, will improve your sight.
What You Need:
  • 3 large Lemons
  • 1 Cup of Chopped Parsley
  • 5 Stalks of Celery
  • 50 Ounces of Spring Water (no tap water allowed!)
=> As usual, make sure all the ingredients are organic. Otherwise, it defeats the purpose…
Here’s What To Do:
  1. Juice the lemons into a blender jar. Add the parsley and celery. Blend into a smooth paste.
  2. Now add the water and blend until nice and even consistency.
  3. Have 2 glasses before each meal, three times a day.
=> Follow the routine 3 days in a row. Take a break for 7 days and repeat for another 3 days.
Be Aware:
Stick to small meals during the 14 days. Eat as raw and organic as possible. And drink lots of water in the process.
You may try to add some cayenne pepper to taste if you can handle it!
